Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 7, 2021, Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P. (“Host L.P.”), of which Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (“Host Inc.”) is the sole general partner, repaid $800 million of revolver borrowings under its fifth amended and restated senior revolving credit and term loan facility with Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as co-syndication agents, and certain other agents and lenders, as further amended to date (the “Credit Facility”). The Credit Facility provides for a total of $1.5 billion of availability under the revolver, which had been substantially fully utilized. After the December 7, 2021 repayment, approximately $683 million remains outstanding under the revolver portion of the Credit Facility along with $1 billion outstanding under the term loan facility. Amounts repaid under the revolver portion can be re-borrowed at any time subject to the requirements of the Credit Facility. The current interest rate for borrowings under the revolving portion of the Credit Facility is LIBOR plus 110 basis points and the current interest rate for borrowings under the term loan facility is LIBOR plus 125 basis points, in each case based on Host L.P.’s current unsecured long-term debt rating.
