The 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, at the Hotel Van Zandt, 605 Davis Street, Austin, Texas 78701.
