Walter Rakowich

Mr. Rakowich is the retired chief executive officer of Prologis. He became a trustee for Prologis in 2004 and a member of the Prologis board upon completion of the merger with AMB Property Corporation in 2011. Mr. Rakowich served as chief executive officer of Prologis from November 2008 to 2011. Prior to this, he served as president and chief operating officer from 2005 to 2008, and from 1998 to 2005 he was a managing director and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Prologis, Mr. Rakowich was a partner with real estate provider Trammell Crow Company, where he worked for nine years; before that he was a senior audit and tax consultant for Pricewaterhouse. Mr. Rakowich is also a director of Iron Mountain Incorporated and a member of its audit committee.
